Safari Park Varallo Pombia

This morning Momochan and I have left home to go Safari Park. We do not have Nihondaira butwe have a little place in which you can amuse and see animals with your family in total safeness.
I have prepared bento lunch for both of us, washed and dressed Momo and me and got out of home. Momo is bigger now even thoug we have taken the strolley in case she would feel tired and to carry bags, bentos and change of dress (in case Momo may need).
Safari Park is in Varallo Pombia city, 50 km from Milano so we arrive pretty soon. Is already lunch time but Momo wants to jump on merry go round first and see animals so we get inside and we direct to safari park zone.
There are three zones, first one with herb eating animals, rynos (two) gyraffs, zebras, camels, pelicans, hyppos, ostrichs ... a second one with lions, a thirs one with tigers and a fourth with cheetah and other herb eating beasts.
Inside the park there is a forest with dynosaurs, an acquarium, a merry go round space, a reptile cave, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, pic nic spaces, a place where kids can ride pony, a show to admire owl and awks, farm animals (rare white donkey also) and much more.
Take a look at some of the fotos we took, I made soooo many, Momichan was totally enchanted by all the animals and was scared about just some of them like the rynos and the lions :)
It wa a strange feeling to drive among them, also I found strange rynos among gyraffs and zebras, I thought that if rynos would become angry they could easily run towards cars, push and put them upside down !!!
The two rynos were enormous but they seemed to be totally relaxed and harmful unless someone would do something stupid, anyway ranges cars recognizable because painted like zebras, runned here and there among lions and rynos to see if someone neede help.
After the safari, we ewnt to the parking lot, left the car and took everything out, stroller, food, water bottle, and we went towards the rest of the park, there was much more to see. Momochan wanted to jump up merry go round, the Warm train seemed to be funny, Momichan made three turns, after which we went on the big coconut wheel a lion merry go round :)
Near the shops there is also a fun zone with giant insects and to get inside you have to pass under a funny shower, Momo got crazy about that, day was really hot and humid and fresh water water was irresistible :)
Big mantide, ants, scrabbles, hoppers, scorpion, in a big scale, about three metes big, were displayed in the middle of a green zone where kids runned here and there.
A moment for pausing and rest, I bought a coffee and gave Momochan some juice while looking at post card and gadgets of the various shops around.
One of the stores sold butterflies, dead cacaroaches, scorpios and other insects, Momochan loved the colours of the tropical butterflies, blue, yellow, gree, red, orange !
After relax we directed to the dynos zone, a small forest with raptos, tryceratops, t rex and their terrible roars and sounds .... run Momochan or the t-rex will eat us ! HAHAHAHA
In the small forest there were also many plants of raspberries that we ate happily.
After the dynos we visited the small acquarium and the reptile space with crocodiles, snakes and spiders AAAAHHHHH GGGG !!!!
After spiders we went to see awks, owls, eagles and their show, it was enchanting to follow the flight of the awks and see the big owls fly and go on the head of the master, Momochan looked everything carefoully astonished :)
Near the owls and eagles there is the farm, ducks, ponies, white spanish cows, white donkeys, bison, sheeps, Momo loves farm animals, and runned from sheeps to ducks enchanted while I took another coffee near which there was a slider, Momo jumped on happily :)
There were also many birds, peacock, turkeys, guinea fowls, pheasants, white goose with surprisingly blue eyes and brown ones like the american dark one flying away for cold season.




Time passed quickly, another turn on the carousel Warm train and is was already time to close and go home, 19.48 PM we went to the car and started the engine, a light rain has started to fall.
I thought Momochan would sleep a little but she was too happy. As soon as we arrived near home it was already nine so as thought as extra gift for Momo to take her to McDonald's drive in to take dinner, she loves happy meal with fries and nuggets plus yogurt and toy :) she was really happy :) Arrived home she was ready to go sleeping, I showered her, put on fresh pijama, gave her milk bottle, kissed and said "goodnight" then I went to te kitchen to prepare something to eat for me to eat in front of tv :)
What a nice day holiday we have passed :)
