buying a crib ^^

Normally when someone is expecting a baby, the first thing to buy is a DUO (crib/stroller) or a TRIO (crib/stroller/ovetto) so that all pieces are of the same colour, also a matching bag is always part of the set.
Crib measures 90 cm, babies grow very fast and is thus used just a few months, so if you do not buy for the baby birth, you never will buy afterwards.
I was also confused about what to choose but did not have even time to think at, because mum wanted to buy us the stroller for X'mas togather with sista and auntie asked what we needed so we said her we didn't have any "ovetto" to take the child around with the car, so she boughtit for us as present for the baptism.
Momichan is 3 months old now and from X'mas we've been around with her using the stroller or the "ovetto" but she is not so comfy nor warm enough, she is still so little that needs to lay and cannot stay seated so we decided to buy her a crib that we can hook up to our stroller and go.
Unespectidily and luckily both stroller and ovetto came from CAM and both belong to the same family so that can be hooked togather without any problem and can be released whenever you need to change piece to add to the base, also we discovered CAM outlet is in Bergamo, 90 km from Milano where we live.
As Sampei is at home in this period because of and accident at his hand while cooking (he had some stiches that are not yet healed) we could go alltogather, mum and the three of us to the store.
I prepared the bag for Momo with diapers, baby comforter, a carillon, a little blanket and of course 3 bottles with milk, then washed the baby, put a clean diaper, dressed her to go out and put her on the ovetto, we took the base stroller to hook at the oetto so that we could be sure once at the outlet that the crib would be the right one and we left.
Momichan slept all the way long and also when we arrived at the store.
We choosed a crib blue coloured, with a little image of a teddy bear, a bunny and a cat; images and colours are different, our stroller is sky blue and ovetto is dark blue and silver but anyway blue is the matching colour for all.
Here is Momichan once at home, in her new trasportable little bed, she also uses to take a nap at home, when we watch television she lays inside and we put her behind our sofa in the shadows and put volume a little down so that she sleeps quietly. She seems to find herself ok inside and I am happy she does ^^
