Christmas :))

Santa Claus and gnomes :)

This morning Momochan awakes and the first thing she tells me is " mommy I want to go livingroom to look under the Tree if Santa Claus hass come and took presents, I am worried !" HAHAHA

Just a few seconds after we hear Momochan shout happily "mommy ! the Tree is full of presents Santa Claus has passed by !!!"

Daddy and I go to the livingroom, nearly all the presents are for Momochan this year and some others have to come this evening when wee will go to the oncle and aunt to big town for dinner, granny will be there also.

YUM YUM, I like scrambled eggs !

A giant red and white striped bag contains an Ikea big seal and son, from aunt Sarah (my sister) two small boxes: one Hello Kitty cookie shaped box and a Hello Kitty watch, a paint box with pastels, paints, felt pens ..., two dvd: Cinderella and Peppa Pig X'Mas adventures :)

Other small packets contain a Hello Kitty red bag for me, a jacket for daddy, a Coca Cola pc key for me and a blackberry marmelade for daddy.

In the kitchen brackfast is waiting, daddy starts to cook scrambled eggs while Momochan eats milk and corn flakes, she has fruit juice and yogurt also, we have bisquits, panettone and tea :)
Weather outside is terrible, a cold rain is keeping everything humid, we do not want to get out, wee will stay home until evening to relax, play and look cartoon and Christmas films on tv :)

Peppa Pig present :)

Momichan loves Peppa Pig, in Italy we can follow her adventures everyday on Rai YoYo in the evening with three episodes or at midday (I record them because Mom is in kindergarden) with five episodes.
Recently in the post office and at our local supermarked I have found three new titles, a sound book, two new adventures and sticker book and play book.
Momichan is so enchanted that I bought them all :) I think theese are good books and Momichan can easily understand what Peppa does is the same every kid of her age can do.
Up till now we have four stories, a bigger book that sounds and three activity books, pity is that Giunti Kids produces just two adventures a year !!!
In 2011 we had bought "La fatina dei dentini" (the fairy of the teeth) and "Festa in maschera" (masqued party), in 2012 we have discovered "Una gita nel bosco" (a trip inside the wood) and "L'armadio dei giocattoli" (the wadrobe for toys).
All the stories are old episodes shown on tv last year, I wonder if hey want to produce only two books a year or they want to increase because if we know there are 52 new episodes I guess at least they can produce fourty books so that a kid can have his own little Peppa Pig library and give a look at the book every time he wants; we cannot see often the old episodes because I have a little problem with the memory of the pc and it continually blocks if I show Momichan an episode even if they are very short so the best for her is see on tv in the evening and after look at the book but as I said we do not have all the books because they have not yed been produced HAHAHA :)
A happy sourprise however has been the other day in the supermarket to find (just two copies so I had to buy before loosing) a bigger book titled "A Peppa Pig piace ..." (Peppa Pig likes ...) which sound whenever you push the red button in front, it makes a funny laugh of Peppa, inside it shows what Peppa likes, going seaside with family, going dance class with her friends and much more :)
Last year I found an activity book "Colora con Peppa Pig" (right side foto)which I bought in two copies and fotocopied variuous times so that Momichan can colour the images various times everytime differently and we have always the original book to make other copies :)
Recently always inside our local supermarket I have found other two activity books, with stickers, games and other things to do.
Nice sourprise to find was the same books inside the post office book corner with a lower cost so I bought them in two copies each :)
The first book is "Gli attacca e stacca" (foto on the left) a sticker book you can put wherever you want inside the book and create your own Peppa story, it also has many games to do in which you have to think and choose options or easy labirinth or games where you have to mach images.
The other book is titled "Gioca con Peppa Pig" (play with Peppa Pig) has activity games, and other stickers.
Momichan got literally crazy for that (she loves stickers) and she always plays with them, when we make a short tripi she takes them with and at home she always gives a look and changes place at the stickers inside :)

Easter present :)

When Momichan returned kindergarden after Easter holiidays one of her friends gave her a present, the family had gone to the north of Italy in a town where german is spoken and as late Easter present they have brought for Momi a special Easter pack with small choko eggs (see foto on the left side) :) what a cute idea, Momichan loved it so much.

Another mum had taken another present for Momichan, the Lindt Gold Bunny with a tinkling bell on his neck, also this one was much appreciated by Momi :)

She doesn't really eat the chokolate, she just taste some small pieces but she loves someone has thought at her and brought something expecially for her :)

electronic toys

Momichan likes many different charachter, some of them comes from cartoons on tv and some other comes from books, Smurfs, Hello Kitty, Winnie Pooh, Peppa Pig, Pimpa, Barbapapa and she is developing a love for digital items that looks like the ones adult use, like for example our computer and our digicamera she wants to use everytime we go out.

There is acute computer kid for 3-5 years old of the character Winnie Pooh, it speaks with the real voice of Pooh and gives the possibility to learn numbers, letters, hear music, logic games, improves memory and about 30 activities, it also has a "mouse" like the adults pc :-)
It is cute and nice to use at home on the sofa but I guess Momichan would call me every second saying "mommy can you help me ...?" I would like something she can use all by herself in fully authonomy, but I guess I am still a little confused about what type Momichan can use.

I have always said I do not like electronic toys but I do not intend theese kind of games, computer kids have many different levels and can easily be used for long time and not left in a corner and forgotten. I discovered that theese ones are really helpful, they teach a little english, numbers, letters, shapes and more so to help Momichan grow we have thought to give her as a X'Mas present something like this Barbapapa station or some of the other computer kids we saw at Toys Center.
More or less this kind of computer kids are all the same, it just changes the appearance, the colour and the number of application and games they contain depending on the age of the kid, from 20 to 45 application of logic, games, language and more. One of theese from Clementoni for example is really fantastic, is a little station not so big, something quite little and handy you can put

inside a rucksac and take out everywhere, inside a coffee shop, on the sofa at home or inside the car while you travel, it teaches the kid to write letters, learn alphabet and numbers and so much

more but the best thing is that if you want to change game you just need to change "cartridge" and you have new games and adventures. The negative aspect is that the cost seems to be very high, double than the other toys.

Speaking of digital cameras I discovered one quite cute decorated Hello Kitty. No idea about the price, the website Clementoni does not give even the slighest idea. It makes foto like normal cameras, has a memory card and a program that gives the possibility to personalize the images taken, I guess if Momichan would see, she would make me crazy until I buy :-) but we will have to think at this one as present for another moment maybe next future not now.

dear Santa Claus ...

Christmas time, time to write letters to Santa Claus and tell him what you want under the Tree.
On the web there are many ways to write letters and many websites but this I found I think is the cutest. In the website SANTAPOST you can order a special letter signed from Santa Claus that your kid can write for XMas.
There are many versions depending on what you want to spend, with special adhesives, stamps and personal name already written on the letter you have to fill in. (this one in the foto is just one of the examples on disposal).

Letter will arrive from Lapponia, Finland, the house of Santa Claus and he personally will sign every letter. GEEE ^___^

It can be a cute thig to keep and remeber for a small kid if between all expences of december you can spare 20 bucks or you decide to make a special gift ^^

present for Momichan

This morning Sampei and I went to a toy store to search for a b'day present for Momichan. There is a big TOYS CENTER near us and has a ton of items. At the entrance now are displayed the Christmas decorations and after theese there is a ton of books ! dyno books, cartoon, cars, every imaginable book you can find ! there are plush toys, Lego blocks (Cars/Hello Kitty/Puffi/....) party decoration items, puzzles, candies.... is really a kid paradise, luckily Momichan was in kindergarden or she would have made us totally crazy HAHA even I and ampei get easily crazy there, we can find many interesting books also kitchen ones and many table games we can make alltogather ^^
I have bought a small plush Cars it was affordable and big enough to play at home, it is a soft Lighting McQueen, Momichan will get crazy and eventually she can even take it with her in her bed for sleeping time.

Present For Momichan In Advance ^^

Oggi giornata pesante, stamattina siamo usciti che era meglio stare a casa, e poi senza passare di nuovo per casa, dopo una breve sosta dal Auchan per mangiare un panino, siamo passati a prendere mamma per andare fino Bergamo alla CAM perchè lei da un paio di giorni si è messa in testa di volrci regalare a tutti i costi un passeggino per la nostra piccola Momo che cosi può stare sdraiata e comoda.Lei è preoccupata perkè quando esco da sola con la bimba e sono a piedi uso sempre il marsupio perchè mi sento più sicura e poi comunque e sempre per un breve giro, non ci sta mai molto nel marsupio ma mamma è preoccupata perchè pensa che la bimba possa crescere male e cosi non ha voluto sentire ragioni anche se io non volevo affatto il passeggino che tra l'altro già ho anche se non questo e che potrò usare solo a 4 mesi e non prima perkè non adatto a un lattante (me lo hanno regalato)
Il passeggino nuovo è dotato di paragambe per farla stare calda, ci si può attaccare l’ovetto che abbiamo per la macchina e ha sotto un cesto per metterci acquisti o la borsa. Siamo arrivati a casa alle otto di sera in tempo per fare da mangiare e vedere CSI !
Per fortuna Momo è stata bravissima tutto il giorno e ho dovuto solo allattarla in giro tre volte.
Il passeggino che abbiamo comprato ha un ottimo prezzo (170,00 euro) ma, pesa quasi 10 kili, è dotato di 4 coppie di doppie ruote pivottanti, non è affatto maneggevole e lo detesto tantopiù che come detto io ho già un passeggino extralight della Chicco, mamma ha talmente insistito, mi ha fatto uan testa come una capanna e io non avevo più volgia di litigare, io lo trovo mostruoso, pesante poco maneggevole ingombrante, bisogna impazzire per caricarlo in macchina, è enorme e non so dove metterlo in più non ho uno spazio in casa dove tenerlo nè in cantina perchè è strapiena.
Farà piangere Momo un sacco secondo me perchè dovrò fare un casino pazzesco per farglielo usare e poi non posso entrarci in casa (noi non usiamo entrare in casa con le scarpe è con nulla che abbia circolato fuori e si sia sporcato per cui tantomeno un passeggino con 8 ruote !!!) a meno da non chiuderlo a ombrello ma per fare questo devo arrivare al pianerottolo, prendere Momo e portarla in casa lasciarla li e poi riuscire e chiudere il “coso”, per portarlo in un angolo dentro casa, idem per uscire, mettere fuori prima il passeggione sul ballatoio e poi uscire con Momo in braccio e metterla dentro.
Il bello è che non so nemmeno se ci sta nello stupido ascensore che abbiamo e io abito al 7 piano !!! non lo volevo assolutamente ma sembra che non abbia nessuna voce in capitolo, mamma ci teneva tanto perchè dice, è preoccupata per la schiena di Momo perchè ha visto che quando esco la porto nel marsupio che per me è comodo e uso solo quando devo fare passeggiate e sono a piedi da sola, quando siamo in due e usiamo la macchina lei sta nel ovetto ma anche li è semi sdraiata e mai sdraiata del tutto, lei dice che ha paura che Momo cresca male ed è fissata da sempre che voleva regalarmi un passeggino e non c’era verso di farle cambiare idea !

A friend living in the United States has sent us a package for baby Momichan containing some presents WOW ! some are bento stuff I will use to contain Plasmon bisquits I add to Momi's milk, the Pooh Hat is simply lovely and the dress is even more cute !!!
