easter decorations

For Easter time we have builted a special Easter Tree with eggs, chikens, rose flowers and for our door Momochan has designed a special egg image we have attached outside at our house door ;)

Since a couple of years in the month of march I am doing the Easter Tree ;)

Momochan loves to decorate home and she likes colours so the only problem was: where can I find a branch for the tree ??? umm ... the other day Momochan and I were walking in the main plaza and there were men cutting the trees as they do in every spring and there were many branches on the ground so we had just to choose one to take home ;)) I do not have all the decorations because when we moved here in decembre last year they got lost so I have to buy.

Up till now we have hanged coloured eggs, a pair of chicks in a neset and four butterflies, Momochan has to make some coloured flowers and we have also found in the middle of her pelouches a kind of duck and a bunny and I have posed at the base of the Easter tree togather with a basket filled with four big paper coloured Ikea eggs each of which contains chocko eggs and sourprises, every member of the family have a special colour and there is also an egg for granny: mommy has yellow, daddy has orange, Momochan dark pink and granny has green ;)

Easter present :)

When Momichan returned kindergarden after Easter holiidays one of her friends gave her a present, the family had gone to the north of Italy in a town where german is spoken and as late Easter present they have brought for Momi a special Easter pack with small choko eggs (see foto on the left side) :) what a cute idea, Momichan loved it so much.

Another mum had taken another present for Momichan, the Lindt Gold Bunny with a tinkling bell on his neck, also this one was much appreciated by Momi :)

She doesn't really eat the chokolate, she just taste some small pieces but she loves someone has thought at her and brought something expecially for her :)

Easter is coming so every shop is decorating and displaying eggs, bunnies and chicks everywhere. Also our preferred coffee shop has colombe (the tipical italian dessert) and eggs, so beautiful but normally so dear in price, best to buy at the supermarket the ones of your preferred character like Smurfs, Nemo, Princess, Winnie The Pooh or many other, the cost would be around 10 euro (the ones in the coffee stores would cost four or five times more).

Momichan has and egg of Dido paste with special shapers bunnies in limited edition, it it a present from granny and she will have the Easter Day :)
Inside kindergarden kids have also made some art work as present for the families and they have studied I believe some poetry to tell mom and dad :)
Like every time possible here we are at our preferred coffee shop for a coffee, a loot at the newspaper and a chat, offently Sampei buy some nut bread to take away and eat while working.

Easter is coming so we have decorated our house with coloured eggs (bought in Ikea) and a "easter tree" :)

The easter tree is a little tree covered by little chicks and flowers, eventually coloured feathers, it comes from the swedish tradition and is a cute tradition also for us and Momichan who can help to decorate this little tree :)
Now we have two new Malm drawerchests in the genkan (see foto below) so we have space enough to put easter decorations and any other thing we need to have near the door (like Momichan little shoes put in the second drawer of the right side).
I have gone yesterday morning by bus to the neraby Ikea store to buy the paper eggs, they were selling many colours (yellow, orange, navy blue, green, pink and violet) and I bought all, we decided it would have been a cute sourprise also to give to four or five kindergarden friends of Momichan so I bought some eggs more togather with other four or five milk choko Ikea eggs and as soon as I went kindergarden to take Momichan, I gave her the eggs and told to distribute to her friends, she was really happy to help but she knows she also has the same eggs at home at the entrance, see the nest with the six coloured paper eggs ? we have one each, navy blue for Momichan, orange for daddy, green for granny, yellow for me and the other pink and violet just for decoration :)
