This morning as planned we woke up, showered and dressed, made breakfast and took downstairs the bags. Granny was waiting us, as soon as we arrived she came out with her travel bag and I put it in the back of our car then we went to take a coffee and to fill the car tank. Livigno we are coming !!!
Momichan was very "jouzu", she started looking outside the window the panorama changing as we proceeded, she has, as every time we make a voyage, a series of pockets attached to my backside seat where she have booklets to read, coloured pencils, stickers and many other items.
We stopped after one hour and a half at a McDonalds, already near Sondrio city, at half of the voyage, it was already 14.00 PM and we were all hungry, Momichan wanted a Happy Meal, I took a McChicken medium menu and granny a salad with grilled chiken. After a while we were again on the road and soon Momichan fall asleep.
When we arrived at the last piece of the route she awakened, the first thing we saw were a couple of light brown horses and we stopped the car to make some fotos and after we proceeded.
Our hotel is named Hotel Adele and is located near the center of Livigno town, we have a 28 square meters room with a kitchen corner so we can go shopping at the supermarket and buy what we want and have breakfast
every morning without spending 8.00 euro each every day.
The bathroom is small but cute, a shower, and a window with a nice panorama, inside the room we have a double bed for granny and me and a single bed for Momichan, a kitchen corner with fridge, cupboards, dishes, pots and pans and what ever we need to cook.
There is also a balcony big enough to take sun with a chair, it looks outside and down on the parking place where we have left our car, our apartment is at the second floor :)
After having put inside the wardrobe our dresses and organized our few things in the kitchen, we get out to go to the nearest supermarket because we need some fresh food.
In the center of the town there is a band of Alpini who is making music, Momichan enchanted starts to dance, she is fascinated by the music instruments all clean and shining in the light gold colour :)
Just in front there is the Cooperativa, the place in which we always go shopping, we need dish soap, sponge, some meat, veggies, fresh milk, yogurt for breakfast and ham for tomorrow pic nic.
I also take a coffee in the backside coffee place named il Bivio, a cute hotel, restaurant and coffee corner.
Soon we are back "home" we have to prepare dinner because is already 19.00 PM, tomorrow we will organize something :)
