mimosa ;)

Saturday morning has become our shopping day to go supermarket. It is not really nice because everybody goes today but it has become the only moring possibile as Sampei is homee free on sunday and in this day most shops are closed, so here we are at Esselunga superstore shopping veggies, meat, sweets, fruits ....

Arriving at the juices corner we notice some mimosa plants unsold from yesterday and as price is one third of yestaerday we buy one ! WEEEEEEEE Momochan and I have an entire plant of mimosa instead of just a bunch of flowers HEHEHE

Well OK is not a giant tree but next year if it survives, it will be biger and we will be able to see more flowers HAHAHA

MIMOSA CAKE

Today in Italy is woman's day and everywhere mimosa flower are sold, in out preferred coffee shop, inside the freezer Mimosa cake appears.
I do not know if somewhere mimosa cake exists but is a classical cake for today, mimosa cake is the exact contrary of blackforest cake which is entirely madde of chokolate but looks the same only brown in colour, both are soft, with cream or choko cream or lemon cream inside and the special appearance made of small dices and a half round shape. women's day

Today in Italy we celebrate Women's Day :) everywhere is full of mimosa flowers, puffy yellow balls and our preferred coffee shop sells "mimosa cakes" fluffy yellow cake with cream inside covered by small yellow puffy dices :)

We are doing nothing particular as Sampei is working and Momichan and I are home alone anyway we went market to give a look at spring fruits and veggies, Momichan loves to go there, there are thousands of colours and smells, yummy fruits, roasted chikens and fries (I bought her some, see in the foto, she is eating) cheese and dresses, house items, pots and pans and other items but the most attractive things are flowers, she loves to see the different colours and smell them :) we have to choose a flower plant to take to kindergarden because the 21st, day of spring, kids will plant their flowers at the entrance of kindergarden and afterwards every kid will have to take care about his own flower, give water, take away dried leaves and so on, so Momi has to tell me which flower she likes, I guess she will want a red or deep violet one :)
