| MIMOSA CAKE |
Today in Italy is woman's day and everywhere mimosa flower are sold, in out preferred coffee shop, inside the freezer Mimosa cake appears.
I do not know if somewhere mimosa cake exists but is a classical cake for today, mimosa cake is the exact contrary of blackforest cake which is entirely madde of chokolate but looks the same only brown in colour, both are soft, with cream or choko cream or lemon cream inside and the special appearance made of small dices and a half round shape.
