mommy b'day :))

Today is mommy's b'day, Momochan in kindergarden will draw a beautiful cake all coloured with the help of the teacher :) Daddy yesterday night has arrived home with a cute bunch of white roses (he knows mommy doesn't like red ones) :))))) and this morning after having taken Momochan to kindergarden and having received her special birthday kiss, mommy and daddy have gone to the special coffee shop for a special b'day coffee :)) weather is not the best possible: it rains !!! but this year the best present ever, is ... the new house :)

Since Momochan's birthday is very near and I will be very busy until two days before, I thought it would have best to go today at Arcobaleno delle Favole kid play land to make a reservation for Momochan's birthday.

She told me she wants the cake with Dokinchan (one of the Anpanman japanese characters) on it, when we arrived at the playland the girl said to me they have received the new party items and between them the novelty is Peppa Pig dishes, goblets and towels ! Momo was enthusiastic to have Peppa Pig dishes and while I was discussing organization for the party she went playing around :)
This playland is very comfortable, we can go everytime we want during the afternoon and have possibility to organize parties for many occasion, it's nice if you have few space at home or just do not want ten kids around your properties to mess up all around your house, also in this case I will be very tired because of the moving I hope to finish the 16th so that I can be a little fresh for Momo b'day :)

I just cannot wait the moment I will have finished moving, this year we have many things to organize, letter to Santa Claus togather with granny, decorating togather the new Xmas tree, organizing tons of new activities and games inside the new house, decorating Momochan new sleepingroom, organizing morning coffee with friends, deciding menus for Xmas, organizing bed and space for granny in Momo's bedroom so she can stay with us for Xmas period ...

Momochan is really happy about that and has understood this year her birthday will be the open door to a new little world, with the new house everything will be better now :)

The other day I found at the supermarket, a wich hat, Momo had one last year but we lost and as Halloween is coming soon and we still do not know how to dress I thought a black hat and a mantle I can sew by myself can be a valid idea, we also have a plastic basket shaped pumpkin she can use to collect sweets :)

In a few days it will be Halloween, Momochan is happy about that because is another excuse to party :) and to go like every year at Arcobaleno delle Favole where there will be a big party for kids and she loves that place :) also Lidl superstore will sell some foods made expecially for that occasion, like candies, muffins, chips, fried potatoes and nuggets shaped like vampires and ghosts, plants with a pumpkin vase and much more to organize a creeepy dinner :) This year I choosed again Arcobaleno delle Favole because Momochan amuses so much and also maybe there is the possibility we are moving during theese days so I will not be able to decorate home but Momochan can have a special day, eventually I will prepare a special bento box afterwards when moving will be finished :) Party will be in the afternoon, when we will be back home for dinner i will cook the special Lidl food, light the pumpkin and bat lanterns I have and give Momochan special creepy books to read, hear and colour, we will have creepy candies and will look something scary on tv like Scooby Doo toons :)

Momochan kindergarden

 As every morning Momochan is going to kindergarden, here she is wearing her apron ready to enter her class "orange" section (you can see the section just looking at the collars kids are wearing, each class a different colour).

Momo is always happy to go kindergarden even if sometimes she says she is tired and wants to sleep more :)

She is learning many things and this year she has more difficult concepts to acquire and new works to do, sometimes she is happy and sometimes she is not because she says some of the things she has to learn are difficult but most of all she is really happy to grow and have the possibility to do more things all by herself :)

Kindergarden building is very near to our house and will be the same distance also when we will change home at the end of the month, we will move just to the other corner so we will need same time to reach it :)

daddy's bday :)

The 27th september, Sampey has birthday but this year having party is impossible because he is working all day long, so Momo and I have planned a special "arriving-home".

In the morning I have gone to town to buy a special couple of balloons: one with "3" and the other with "2", in the afternoon togather with Momochan we have draw a special banner all coloured that I have

fixed on the entrance wardrobe togather with the two balloons so that daddy coming home can see just opening the entrance door.

As soon as Momochan has gone to bed I have prepared a cake decorated with a special image and candles. Sampei was very happy even though we could not wake up Momo who was so tired that was sleeping "like a stone" :)

owl day - Grazzano Visconti

We had planned to go to The Owl Day since so much time but the day we expected since so much turned out the worst day possible. On sunday Sampei has to work but he has the possibility to go at 16.00 PM instead of 14.00 PM ike in normal days so we thought we could go to Grazzano Village and have a few hours. Momochan wanted to see owls and have a special face make up, washable tatoos and more, I just wanted to stay with my family and amuse a little but we were terribly tired and woke up late, we went to

take granny at 11.00 and arrived Grazzano at passed midday, eating was impossible so we went to see the Own Zone inside the castle park (we had to pay

entrance for it) and when we were inside apart from running and seeing just a few markets the only thing we made is a special make up for Momochan and her washable tattoo, I bought a owl candle and Momo decorated a owl bit colours, buttons and textiles, after that we tried again to eat, we spent 30 minutes just to have a table and after we understood it was impossible to eat on time because the only waiter there was a total incompetent !

We had thrown away 1 hour for nothing waiting to be served and now it was time to run because daddy had to work. We arrived in Milan at 16.00 PM he went work, we went home but before we passed McDonalds drive in to take some food for Momo, I took granny home and Momo and I arrived our home, I didn't have opportunity to eat nothing until dinner !

This evening starting from 17.00 PM in our town there will be a party, it is called "white night" organized by the Townhall, there will be little markets, music show, kids baby dance, drawing, kids make-up and much more, it will go on until 2.00 AM in the night, Momochan and I will be there just at the start walking around just to give a look before dinner time and to see granny before her usual church time.
Normally every saturday granny goes to church so we meet at 17.30 PM at our preferred corner coffee shop we stay togather for a while, have a coffee and a sweet after which granny goes to church and we walk around.
This evening Momochan saw the make-up kids tent and she runned there to have her special make-up, she choosed the cat :)
After make up we walked around searching for helium balloons and see what markets sold.
Music started and Momo said she wanted to dance, with her blue balloon in her hand she started to run, jump and move, she is now very good in dancing and amuses so much, I guess it would be nice whenever she will have her new bedroom all by herself I will organize a corner so she can dance and buy her a Kitty radio we can connect to mp3 so she can hera her favourite songs :)

Here following some of the make ups Momochan has weared in time for the various occasions, theese first ones are for Halloween and have spiders, silver glitter and pink or white base, the other is the blue butterfly make in Ikea store on the 24 august and the last pink butterfly is recently made last evening at the town party :)

Today is the first day Momochan is getting out of kindergarden at 16.00 PM since she has started.
As it's quite sunny and still warm we decide to visit the nearby playing area, Momochan wants to go on the sliders and balances.
First thing I notice is that Townhall has finally changes the pic nic table, the old one was for kids and the measure was smaller, it was all broken, this one instead is adult shaped and new so that we can seat to draw or read while kids cal play around.
After a little time we are there, some of Momochan friends arrives, between them a couple of brothers, the bigger is in kindergarden with Momo but in another section, the smaller who now is more than 1 year old is really grown up ! we did not see them since last day of school in june and during the summer the smaller brother has changed so much, we left him on the stroller and now he walks and runs very quick, laugh more than ever, he still doesn't know how to speak but he is able to make the other understand what he wants pointing at things and making strange sounds :)
Momochan is happy because now she can play with her friends and is not more alone in the park.

All'Ikea di San Giuliano (peccato non a quella di Corsico più vicina a noi), oggi festeggiano il Gufo Day con giochi per bambini e intrattenimenti vari, io ho portato la piccola Momo :)
All'entrata veniamo accolti da un grosso gufo grigio e lei corre subito a farsi la foto, poi saliamo al piano di sopra al ristorante dove è tutto preparato per l'evento, ci sono vari tavoli a cui sedersi, si colorano disegni di gufi con pennarelli, semini e colla o anche pezzi di carta colorati che li rendono "piumosi", Momo li usa tutti e viene un bellissimo disegno :)
A un altro tavolo ci sono delle mele e dei semini di girasole: servono per costruire dei simpatici ricci, a un terzo tavolo si gioca a riconoscere cosa-mangia-chi, si ascoltano i versi degli uccelli e si impara tutto sui gufi, ci sono anche delle grandi foto che mostrano i vari tipi di gufo esistenti e i loro pulcini.
Momo si diverte un mondo, poi una delle intrattenitrici mette su un pò di musica e organizza giochi e balli con i bambini e Momochan si scatena a ballare e saltare :)
Io intanto la osservo e mi prendo una pausa al bar con una fetta di torta e un caffè Ikea Family, lei è tutta presa dai suoi disegni coi semini, decido che dopo compreremo due belle cornici verde bosco e ci metteremo i suoi due disegni, lei è tutta felice, in realtà ne abbiamo tre perchè anche io ho colorato un gufo e lo ho decorato coi semini ma per ora appenderò solo i suoi due disegni :)
Alle 18.30 PM le ragazze cominciano a mettere tutto a posto per andare via e noi andiamo a fare un giro per il negozio ma poi dobbiamo riportare la macchina con la quale siamo venute a papà al ristorante se no poi di notte non può tornare a casa, io e Momo torneremo col pullman :)

special dinner :)

Like every year when first week of september arrives Fingers Porto Cervo Sardinia staff organize a special final dinner all togather with boss and everybody working in the restaurant, boss will make a speech and congratulate with everyone for good work of the summer, this time we are also present and the location choosed is an agritourism near home called LaKustera (click the link).
Pity for the day which in the vening turns bad with hard falling rain. The agritourism is really cute but as it is night and there are no lights around is difficult to make a precise idea about the place, located in the middle of nothing, among rocks and olive trees, a big building made of local stones comes out in the total black of the night.
To arrive inside the restaurant we proceed by feet along a stoney path surrounded by trees that cover all like passing inside a green tunnel, the inside is made of big stones and rocks kept togather giving the impression of really powerful walls.
A big particular chimney stay in a corner (foto on the left) and many tables fill the room.
We sit at our place and in a few minutes the waiters start to take us many appetizers (see foto), grilled vegetetables, cheese and honey, pasta, salami .... Momochan who is sitting on the knees of her new friend Yamachan (a friend and collegue of daddy), tries everything in small bits laughing, smiling and looking around all the people.
The main course is a tipical little roasted pork accompanied by pinzimonio veggies not bad but not too much, I just tasted it because there wasn't much pork to eat, the majority of food was composed by the appetizers and the pasta dishes (tortellini and gnocchi with tomato sauce and veggies).
After the pork comes the sweets: a strange white cream in mirto lilac sauce, strange but not bad and seadas, a tipical sardinia sweet, it is a kind of big tortellino fried, filled with cheese and covered by honey, the result is funny but tastes not bad, sweets are served with mirto, the tipical sardinia liquor and coffee.
Rain continuously fall until 23.00 PM, Momichan is really tired and fall asleep in my arms.
Boss is making his speech saying thanks to the staff and informing everybody this summer they have gained 15% more than what they thought, season has come out really good thanks to the efforts of everyone.
Waiter comes with the bill, we collect the money and pay, outside is still raining but less so we can reach the car. I am hugging Momochan still sleeping, when we arrive home I just take her pants off and put her to bed sweet little baby :)
