Livigno ^___^

This morning we are living for Livigno, daddy is free from work and so we have opportunity to go. We have taken our small fridge and filled with sandwiches and water, Momi has her rucksack with books and toys and a giant bag with two changes, milk bottle and more. She is so excited to go somewhere with both parents and she sings a song in japanese for the occasion.

Before arriving in Livigno, in the city of Chiuro Sondrio there is a pit stop we have to do: there is a special store selling apples apple vinegar and apple juice, everywhere here all around there are cultivations of apples, small and red or bigger and yellow, perfect to eat as they are or transform into the best apple pie ever depending on the tipe of fruit. We always stop there to buy 5 or more kilos of apples and 6 bottles of fresh apple juice, just pure apple juice with nothing more inside. This juice can be used pure or added to make some tasty drinks or fruits salads.

We stop eating the sandwiches and soon after we reach the mountains, temperature is lower here, instead of 28 degreed of Milan here is 15 ! WOW

Arrived in Livigno first thing we do is fill the gasoline tank of the car, here fuel cost less. Momichan looks outside the window and shouts happily because is full of horses eating grass in the fields all around the city, just a few kilometers before she had seen black and white cows doing the same thing around the mountains beside the street.

There is something we have to do quick, Momichan has dirtied every change of sweaters I had taken for her so we need to find a kid store and buy her a pair of sweater pants, she only wears tshirt, sweater and nappy.

After having found a Benetton store and a cute pair of pants for a discounted low price we direct to our preferred coffe shop near the supermarket where we always buy chokolate and we sit to take a coffee and a piece of cake YUM YUM. Inside this place is so cute, the coffee shop side is lighted by enormous windows, everything is made of wood, on the top there are straw stuffed animals (foxes, squirrels and deers) and tables are made of wooden trunks (see foto) and some of the walls are made of stones, the effect is a cozy place in which have a pit stop to eat or drink something and look ouside ^___^
After shopping just outside (chokolate bars, bresaola, some cheese....) is time to go dinner. The restaurant Rosengarden is one hour away from Livigno. Momichan is really hungry, she eats an entire cotoletta with fries and tastes some of bresaola and deer salami we have ordered.

Outside now temperature is just 9 degrees but Momichan has her new feather jacket, once in the car she soon fall asleep, we have still to drive for long time, we will be home late in the night and Momi needs to sleep. Good night sweetie ^___^
