Today I have organized some special fun for Momochan: I want her to make cookies ;)
The idea comes from her, or better, during Carnival time inside kindergarden, kids togather with the teachers made some sweets with Nutella and some cookies then rounded them inside coconut flakes so i thought we could make something alike at home ;)
I prepared: strawberries jam, blackberries jam, apricot jam, a packet of cookies, a chokolate bar and some coloured sugar candies for decoration.
Momochan was totally enthusiastic about the idea ;)
While Momochan was dressing with apron, I melted the choko bar with some butter and milk, when it was ready we started.
We divided the cookies into three groups: strawberry for Momochan, blackberries for daddy and apricot for mummy then we took each cookie and put some marmelade inside and closed like a sandwich, then put the cookie sandwich into chokolate and rolled into the coloured sugar candies top, the meltedd chokolate kept alltogather fixed and gave a touch of bitter taste.
As soon as we finished the ingredients (foto down on the left side) I took all the sandwiches, put on a plate and set in the fridge for a couple of hours to get hard. Tomorrow for breakfast we will eat them togather with daddy, he will be so sourprised ;)
