coffeeeeeeeeeee :)

This morning we have to go shopping, daddy is not working in the morning so we have a little time.

Our fridge is "hungry" it is empty, we need milk, yogurt, ham and wiener for Momochan, veggies for me, roast meat and potatoes for sunday, some other products for home and daddy.
We also need to give a look around and think at the menu for Xmas holydays, panettone, roast meat, "mostarda", sweets ... but before going we need a pit-stop at our preferred coffe shop :)

The coffee shop is already decorated for Christmas and everywhere special decorated panettoni (X'mas cake) and metallic wrapped ones, shine for every corner of the store giving a special light inside.

Momochan is happy when we go there, daddy and I have a coffee and sometimes a croissant, sometimes Momochan has a croissant and sometimes she drinks juice (I take it from home).

Now we are ready to go (in the first foto here on the left, daddy, the one with the red jacket in the corner is ready to pay and go out while Momo is still eating choko bar :)

Greta's birthday :)

Today Momochan has been invited at a birthday party from a kindergarden friend, for the occasion while she was school I went to the nearest Ikea store to buy a present for the friend, a nice book about the story of a small hedgehog and his new friends.
When at 16.00 I went to take Momochan, the friend's mom was waiting for us to take us to the party because it was inside our town but quite far and with snow and by feet we would not have possibility to go. Once arrived while mommy was preparing inside for the party, Momochan and I played outside and builted a snowman :) Soon it was dark, cold and humid so we got inside while the other kids were arriving at the party.

A girl payd for the occasion had games, makeup kids, music and dance and soap bubbles :) Momochan amused a lot, she also received a flying helium balloon to take home and once again we were lucky to find exactly someone who lives in the same building as us who took us home at 19.30. It was still snowing and once home I showered Momochan, changed her and put something hot and dry, then she said she was tired and wanted just milk, I was still full of sandwiches, cake and sweets so neither I prepared dinner for me. Momochan said she wanted to sleep in our bed instead of her room and I prepared another milk bottle for her (tomorrow we need to go supermaket with daddy for shopping, we need milk and other items).

snow !!!

This morning is snowing ! Snow has begun to fall yesterday night and has gone on all night long so this morning everything is white, cold and soft.

This is what we see from the bedroom window, left foto is the entrance to elementary school Momochan will attend in 2 years and behind this there is kindergarden she is going now. Left foto is a building we have to care for because they are veeery near us and they can see inside our room so I have always to close the curtains as soon as I wake up before dressing HAHAHA !
To go kindergarden I have to cover Momochan very hot and after I will have to go Ikea store to buy a present for a birthday party she has to go in the afternoon, I will take the chance to have a long walk in the snow :)

Rise of the Guardians

Since a few days there is pubblicity on tv  regarding a small trailer of a new cartoon film shown in the cinema: Rise of The Guardians (in Italy named: The 5 Legends). It tells about five heroes, North (Santa Claus) Calmoniglio (the Easter Bunny) Dentina (the fairy of teeth), Sandman and Frost who have to fight against the bad and ugly Pitch, "the black man". Momochan would like to see, it could be a great idea to go during X'Mas holidays alltogather to have a relax day, take pop corn and have a family day :)

For Christmas time a tv newspaper is selling togather two dvd of character Peppa Pig. We thought it can be a cute idea for Momochan who is fond of Peppa, to make a present for X'Mas,one dvd is tellig storyes about X'mas and the other about birthday :) I will go down to the newspaper store to take or reserve it.

We have decorated our new Ikea X'mas Tree, Momochan has helped with little spheres and snow flakes and at last she has put the star on the top :)

House is strange, not much decorated because is so big but anyway we have some decoration here and there :)

It' s a holiday season ... let it snow, let it snow, let it snow !!!

I am sitting on the sofa in the new livingroom, we have prepared the X'mas Tree and right now Momochan is taking a nap in her new bedroom, outside meanwhile since half an hour is snowing !!! WOW

Yesterday the sky was totally blue without any cloud but during the night the sky have been covered by a thick cloudy mattress and today after long time thinking, it has begun snowing. Soft tiny flakes fall down from the sky freezing everywhere, guess up inthe mountains already people ski like every year in this starting ski season. While I am wrintig the vases on my balcony are covering with a light snow "blanket", if it will go on like this tomorrow we will have opportunity to make snowmen :)

When Momochan will awake we will do pop-corn and watch cartoon on tv, do puzzles, sing and dance X'mas songs.

When we came home at six, daddy was already inside, he had finished work and has gone supermarket for shopping. Granny would have arrived in short time.

While Momochan was playing and daddy cooking I prepared the table then granny arrived.

Daddy prepared rice and potatoes, I cooked inside oven a roast with oter veggies and as you see in the foto, cake is a strudel we served with whippedd cream and berries :) also Momochan had a slice and said it was delicious.

hair cut :)

Today is my name day and as present Momo and I will go to the hairdresser to have our hair cut :) As yousee Momochan hair are really long and she says she dislikes the hair in her eyes and also she wants to be prettier for Christmas, she is all excited about it and cannot wait to make the Tree on friday (S. Ambrogio).

This evening granny will come for dinner and she will stay for the night, since lasta time she came some things inside house have changed even if we still do not have any table inside the kitchen :( but anyway we will have roastedd meat with potatoes and strudel cake with whipped cream and forest fruits:)

Here we are, the moving is finishedand we definitely live in the new house. Still there is much to personalize like hanging curtains, putting some plants for green inside, decorating in general, buying the new little table to eat inside the kitchen as before, buy the new cabinet to put over the sink with dishes rack inside, putting rugs in Momochan's bedroom and in the middle between tv set and sofa ...

We are still feeling strange here, I do not consider this house as my house, not yet, sensation is really strange, we love this house but still is not yet "our house" still lacks of something I do not know what it is.

Momochan loves her new bedroom, we are feeling strange in our one because we have not had the possibility to take our enormous wardrobe with us, it was too old and too big so we have some plastic boxes with our belongings inside.

I like to stay in the livingroom and look outside, from there I can see the street under us, I can hear ducks, see the houses in front, people passing by, is so funny, before in the old house, I could only look outside in the distance or down in the garden, here I can see an entire small world.

I have taken my flowers and plants and hanged outside on the balcony, next spring Momochan and I will go to buy new coloured flowers to put outside (orange, yellow, blue, pink peonies, a lemon tree ...)  my special old watch hangs on the wall over the entrance door and sings every hour with a different X'mas music (now ducks are singing) I can seat on the sofa with a cup of tea and rest, now we have repaired the roller shutter and livingroom now is lighted by natural light :) here are some of the fotos we have taken at home theese days :)

Finally Momochan can have her dinner in the new house like before even if for the moment we do not have a table inside the kitchen and she has to eat in the party coner in the livingroom :)

Momo likes it because this way she can watch tv while eating, sometimes I leave her look cartoons in case we are late for some reason so she can eat by herself and have fun while I prepare like every evening, her bed, pijama, milk bottle (now that we have kitchen I can prepare hor milk like before using the microwave).

During the past days, parents and friends have decorated kindergarden to make kids a sourprise today, the ceiling of every corridor is full with fakesnow flakes and decorations,in the entrance alley there is a X'Mas tree decorated with blue glittering coloured notes the kids have made and a prespium stands just in front. Outside a special green crown with cones taken from the pine trees in the garden, and some lights. Momochan is enthusiastic she says she loves Christmas days, decorations, sweets, presents and atmosphere in general, this year we will have X'Mas party in the new home and we will have plenty of space fot the tree we will decorate this week, some presents, dance and sing, prepare cookies ... it will be fantastic and we will have opportunity to have sweets everywhere as we do not have ants anymore HAHAHA :)))

car window broken :(

This morning getting out of the house we had a bad sourprise: daddy discovered the anterior left window car glass broken and pieces og glass everywhere ! the bad is also that is raining hard and car is getting wet on the driver seat .... :(
Luckily we have a special glass window insurance which will cover the damage but we have to stay two days without glass because they have to order it, I will have to take daddy to work and go to take him up after midnight, also driving with the piece of plastic we have fixed to get too much cold and water inside is not easy because plastic is not very transparent and I cannot see anything from drivers side. Momochan was very sad when she saw the window broken but I told her we would have fixed it quickly and she smiled :)

Today after kindergarden granny came by, as it is quite a sunny day and there is not rain wee decided to go to the small river near home and give bread to the ducks. 

Today duck are many, a few males and a lot of females, Momochan loves to give them bread since she was smaller, now she is able to throw them bread all by herself :)

Happy birthday Momochan !!!

As we are in the moving period and home is still to be cleaned and organized and also because I am really tired, we thought in advance to reserve a party for Momochan's bday this afternoon at Arcobaleno Delle Favole so today is also our first day of relax .... more or less .... This morning I awakened Momo taking my cellphone and making it sound "happy birthday to you" melody, I had also taken during the night two presents (a Lego game and a big Thomas The Train puzzle) on her little table ready to be opened. Momo thus opened her presents then I dressed her up to go kindergarden, I also took two cakes and fruit juices to let her celebrate with her class as usual inside kindergarden (kids and teacher make a crown and write the name of the b'day kid and the age of the celebrated kid). After having taken her to kindergarden I came home, to have a perfect day our house needed some more work invisible from Momo's eyes, the plumber had to come to connect sink, fawcett, washmashine and gas for cooktop, after which the house was a total disaster and I had again to clean around and wash the floor of entire home. In the meantime at 14.00 PM daddy (day free today) was going McDonalds to take some sandwich for us both and clean the car which because of the moving was totally dirty :( he came home, changed dress and runned to take the birthday cake. At 16.00 PM I went to take Momo from kindergarden to take her home and change dress for the party, take camera, the little presents for her friends and the gummy socks for the playground, daddy came just before 17.00 to take us all at the party ! All the day was a total run and the party also seemed to me like a run, kids went around jumping and playing, parents lokked around, then the organizers started to take beverages and snacks (the cake they would have brought at the table at 18.00 before the opening of the presents). I wanted to relax, took a coffee, talked a little around with every mum of Momo's friends around but seemed time was running too quick I was feeling strange and in a moment was already timme for the cake and the foto, every kid grouped at the table, sing a song, cake coming, Momochan blowing off the candle ! HURRAAAH !!! Happy birthday Momochan !!! Every kid this time eat a piece of cake (last year the cake was just tasted from the kids) and again they runned away to play, after a while they came back, Momochan had to open the presents, a doll, an interesting book, a pijama, a Hello Kitty kick scooter wich Momo was waiting since so much time and desired so much and again it was 19.00 time to go home, the playground was closing. Thanks to everybody and many kisses to everyone and we were home, granny was already waiting in front of the door, we went up and daddy followed with the presents. I assembled the kick scooter and Momochan started to go around the house while daddy went upstairs into the attic to take some dishes, pots and pans to cook dinner. Home is bigger now but some furniture lacks so as we until the last moment didn't have washmashine working, I could't fill the kitchen with tons of dusty items so we took everything upstairs and now we have to make a kind of treasure chest every time we need something, right now we do not know where pans have been placed :)
Anyway we succeeded in having quite a normal table and organize a quite normal dinner even if I wanted to make a cake and I had bought a bottle wine and a cake stamp but did not have any time to cook any cake.
Granny gave Momochan her last present, an enormous Ikea elephant wich sleeps on her little bed, Momo came in our bed to sleep when at 22.00 PM after having cleaned the kitchen we all went to bed totally tired.
