Fall Colours

Momiji are starting to get reddish and is such a pleasure to walk under theese trees which have millions of leaves of hundreds of different colours, yellow, green, pale green, red, dark red, mixed, none of which is similar or ugual to another.

Momichan likes to have leaves in her hand, collect many different in colour and shape everytime we go out. At home we attached the leaves at the blu curtain of her room, each leaf with a pin and the effect for a couple of days is very cute ^^

Everywhere you go you walk now on a yellow reddish leaves carpet and when leaves are dry they crack and sound, Momi laughs so much :)

Happy Birthday Mom !!!!

Well well well :) Today is my birthday :) and the first foto is my bday cake ^^

Mommy prepared some meat with onions and potatoes, we had a bottle of champagne and the cake, Momichan eated her meal but as always she did not tried the cake, she was busy to play with her pastels and colour book :)

I also had a present ;-)

Momichan weares the new sweater her auntie bought for her during the travel in Japan from which she came back yesterday :)

Happy 23 Months Old Momichan !!!

Today Momichan is 23 months old, next months she will be 2 years old.

As it's a particular period wee decided to give her a special present and as I know she loves Hello Kitty, yesterday while she was sleeping I went to supermarket to search something and found three boxes of little Kitty Toys.

I gave her the present this morning and she started to play. It is a sunny day today, air is cold but fresh and clean, we have appointment with the doctor at 6.00 PM for a check so we have possibility to get out a while after a long week inside home, guess she will like so much; I will dress her confortably and hot, put her inside stroller with her sack and we will take a little fresh air.

Hot Bath !!!

After more than 2 months finally we have again hot water and also heater (now home is starting to get cold because temperature outside is more or less 12 degrees).

As Momichan is still home we have plenty of time to do many things and play so as I know she loves to have a bubble bath I filled the bathtub with hot water and foam, put the electric heater on and put Momichan inside with all her water toys :)

Guess she found a little strange after so long time to have again possibility to bath and play with her squeeze dynos, but she was happy :)

Playing With A Train

Momichan loves to play with her ikea train Lillabo, we have bought during time many sets so that now she can buid a long train and a long route. Now she is also able to attach the various pieces all by herself.
She is still home and will have to relax for a week more before going back to kindergarden.

Bronchitis

Since more than a week Momichan has a bad bronchitis, she cannot go out neither go to kindergarden; at first she had strong fever, 40 degrees then we succeeded in taking fever away but she still has to stay home for a while.

Home is still like before, no kitchen and now is also cold but tomorrow finally after 2 months we will have again hot water and also heating because the tecnician is coming at 8.00 AM to fix the new heater arrived last week.

In the meantime a friend gave us some presents for Momichan bought in Ikea (I gave him some dresses Momichan cannot weear anymore) so Momichan can play and draw, we have many colour books, pencils, pastels and tomorrow she will have possibility to make a bath again with all her water toys.

Automn Has Arrived ...

Coming home from kindergarden on thursday, we always stop at the open market.
I must say I am sourprised how has changed during years, now everything is clean and put neat and in order, fruits and veggies seems fake because they are too beautiful and perfect, clean, brilliant colours, many varierty of products, is really incredible :)

This is what I saw today, classic automs goods, mushrooms, chestnuts, grapes, zucchini flowers, nuts, persimmons, apples, pears, mandarines and oranges.

Momichan likes the open market because she can see many strange things, smell veggies and fruits and sometimes taste some, she loves to see the fishes and she gets crazy for seeds :)
Along the street coming back home I made some fotos, colours of the automn and as it has been raining a lot, there were mushrooms everywhere, momiji are starting to become reddish and everywhere there are settembrini of a marvellous dark lilac colour ^^

Theese lilac flowers are settembrini, I love this colour, if we will have home ok next summer I will plant some on the balcony :)

Hello Kitty Berret

During theese days we are exchanging presents and little baby items with a collegue of Momichan's father who is expecting a baby for december. I had many old things belonging to Momichan that she cannot use or wear anymore some of which even new so I packed and gave to theese guys :) in exchange they gave us some little items of Hello Kitty bought on purpose for Momi knowing she is crazy about so this morning I gave her her new pink berret that made her have a big smile, inside the small packet there were also a set of Kity hair pins which I will gave her later (if I gave her this morning she would have made me crazy trying to put them in the hair all the time and we would have mised the bus for kindergarden :)

Catching The Tail ....

This morning while Momi was at kindergarden I went to Prenatal to buy her new light stroller green :) Yesterday evening we sold her old one because it was not more confortable for her also she could not sleep inside it but we needed one light to move everywhere when is sunny and go up and down buses, trains and public trasports.

Basically stroller is the same, the difference is that the new one has a round confy hood and has a reclinable backrest so that Momichan can sleep in case she is tired feeling confortable. Also the stroller has a shopping basket useful to carry her bag with change and nappies and snacks.

As it is sunny we decide to use the new stroller to go to the park and little cartoon train and Momi is good enough to catch the tail wich gives her opportunity to make another turn free :)

She's so funny, I said her to keep it strong and give it after to the owner of the train who would give her a free ticket for a new turn, she called him "heyyyyyyyyy !!!" he smiled took the tail and gave her the ticket, Momi put the ticket in her pocket, waited a little and after she gave it to the man :)
She likes to go with the train, everytime she sees it she starts to run towards it, the owner is a nice guy and always gives to Momi a free ticket whever we buy at least 5 pices :)

Gosh !!!

Gosh !

As you know we still do not have the kitchen but we are organizing for the necessary work to start in a couple of weeks, we have another problem since a couple of months: we do not have warm water so every morning and every evening we have to get down in my mum's kitchen to boil some water in a pot but finally next monday we will have a new water heater.

Since a few days we even do not have a dryer so we can make laundry but not dry so, I have to use a dryIng rack and pins ! You can see our tiny bathroom is literally full, we cannot even move inside !!! GOSH !!! Nearly every day is like that or even worse, Momichan in kindergarden gets many changes dirty and daddy every evening comes home with clothes to be washed because sweaten and full of food stains and obviously there's me with my clothes. GOSH !!!

Kindergarden

Momichan has finished "school" she has even eaten a little bit of lunch and teacher said Momi is a very good girl, she is educated and curious and she is finally getting accustomed to everybody and to lunches ^^
Here in this fo9to you see Momichan with daddy walking towards home, Momi is always happy to see daddy when he comes with me to take her home from kindergarden ^^

Leisure Time

Momichan loves to go out, park, little train, duckies feeding or simply have a walk. Sometimes she wants to take with her her Hello Kitty sack like this time, full of Kitty's books ^^

Ikea

This afternoon we went to Ikea store, we had to buy for sista a couple of toys she will use for her dog. Momichan as everytime played everywhere and amused so much in jumping on every bed she found. She is so funny, and she was also a little tired because I couldn't put her today to bed for we had so many things to do and I couln't leave her home alone so she was playing on all the ikea beds she found because they are so soft and full of cushions.

Kindergarden 6th Day

Today is a special day, Momichan has finally eaten a little with allt he kids :)
The teacher said she was happily sourprised because she thought Momi would not eat anythinbg as the past three days, we were even more happy allthough Momichan has not eaten everything, menu was composed by chicken with tomato salad and a veggie soup with rice, she has eaten half dish of the soup but is a nice start, she is beginning to get accustomed to the place and the kids even if she has understood that mom will not always be present togather with her but will always return ^_^ I am sure tomorrow she will eat a little more food.

Every day menu is different and I saw there are many tasty combinations during the month, every parent can read what kids will eat during the month, entering the kindergarden, a sheet of paper is attached on every room class door.

In theese fotos Momichan is playing ouside the kindergarden where they have a small plastic house with a telephone inside and she is pretending to call granny and tell her something, she was lauging so much :) she loves to play with telephones.

To go home we use the bicycle and Momichan jumped up with daddy, she was happy because he was with us today, she amuses to go with the bike and always want to go fast :) I had given Momi this morning her grey cat and in the foto you can see she is still hugging it, she loves the little cat :)

We will see tomorrow what she will do :)

Daddy's B'Day

Today is a special day, because Momi's father has birthday, おたんじょうび　おめでとう　和ちゃん！In the morning as ever we went to kindergarden to take Momichan there.
In the afternoon after the nap we went to the town central plaza to let Momichan go on the little cartoon train, she has also been so good in taking the tail of the cartoon carachter which gave her the chance to make another turn free ^_^
In the foto above, Momichan is giving the ticket to the man owner of the train while the foto under shows Momichan holding the tail, she was really clever, it was the first time she succeeded in taking tha tail, is so difficult for a little child like her :)

After that we went supermarket to buy some food for the special dinner, bday cake we already took in the morning after the kindergarden before coming home.

During all late afternoon Momichan was a little weepy but this evening she was even more. We thought it was for the kindergarden or because of her cold, but it was strange anyway. We noticed she was not moving the right arm and if we tried to hold it up it seemed it hurt her so much, I was very worried so after the meal we had to go hospital First Aid to let a doctor see her. It was already 23.00 pm so I changed Momichan, put her a fresh night nappy and a warm pijama plus her jacket, took a milk bottle and we went out int he night.
We were lucky, doctor was free so gave a look at Momichan immeditaely, the result was she had a luxation at the elbow but the doctor fixed it in a few seconds and she did not have pain any more :) Once again in the car (mum had lended her car to us) I gave Momichan her milk bottle, she drank all and she fall finally asleep, everything went ok.
At home I simply took away the jacket and put Momichant o bed, she neither awakened and she quietly went on sleeping in her comfortable warm little bed.
Strange birthday today but anyway it has beed a special day :)

my penguin wan wan bento

I have found and bought on ebay some new bento boxes.

This one is the special bento to take soup with you, it is called "wan wan bento box", you take instant soup and after you add water, I am thinking to use to serve Momichan rice and other foods, is made of plastic so she cannot destroy and is so cute :)

I cannot wait to have the new kitchen, I want to prepare again some bento and make them for Momi to eat when we go out togather :)

I guess she would amuse to have a bento like this one, I have so many items of Winnie Pooh and many accessories too but I bought some other new for Momi to decorate her new future bento.

Kindergarden 2nd Day

Second day at kindergarden :)

In the foto Momi is running inside. Seems she likes it, she likes the children but she has obviously to get accustomed to the new place and to somebody else who is not me who takes care of her when I am not there and I hope she will not have problems.

This morning while she will play, teacher will ask me to leave for a while so I will sit in the entrance of the building until teacher call me back. Every day then I will leave Momichan a little more alone with her new friends and teacher so that she will get accustomed little by little :)

As every day, we go to the kindergarden with the bicycle, Momichan sits rear. When we get out kindergarten I give her a bottle with fruit juice and we go home or park or wherever we need.

Here you can see Momi drinking her juice, she seems a little sleepy and maybe she still is, I wake her up at 8.00 AM now while for all summer she has slept until 10.00 AM and also she has so many novelties alltogather, new friends, teacher, snack at 9.30 AM, lunch at 11.00 instead of 13.00 PM, I hope she will get accustomed soon.

Ciuf Ciufff ....

Little train has arrived again, we didn't expect is a sourprise and Momi is obviously excited. The last time train was here, left in such a hurry that I spared a ticket so I used today.

After kindergarden we went around shopping, we need some other t-shirts and sweater set, then we passed to the chinese restaurant for some food to take away and we went home.

Momichan eated everything then I put her to bed with her milk bottle and in the afternoon we went to the central plaza to go to the train :)

Momichan amused so much, after that I took her in the park, sliders, balances and "molloni", then comig home again we passed to see the duckies and give them bread, Momi loves to see duckies and feed them, now is a fixed appointment :)

Kindergarden 1st Day

Today is 1st day of kindergarden for Momichan, finally we have had OK for her to go there :)

For the next 3 weeks we will go togather just an our or two to get Momichan accustomed to new place and after this period she will stay alone from 9.00 to 13.00 PM

In the foto below Momichan is in the entrance where the are all te spaces to hang dresses and put socks or shoes for inside :)

YEEEEEEE !!!

Finally Momichan has been accepted to kinergarden. Tomorrow morning at 11.00 we have to go to see how we can organize, the teacher called me a couple minutes ago. For the first week teacher and I will be present togather, then I will just stay for one hour and after I will just leave Momichan with the teacher and her new friends.
Guess she will do full time, I will have possibility to start work and will have little time to organize and do the washings, cleanings and normal home works.

Time will be organized like that:

9.30 - all the children will eat fruits and after they will play

11.50 - all children will seat at their tables and tiny chairs to eat lunch

13.00 - everybody will go to the sleeping room furnished will 30 little beds

15.00 - snack time and after play again

Part time is until 13.30 while full time is until 18.00 but I can go and take Momichan after 15.00 if I want so we can play togather and go wherever we want that I am sure she has eaten, slept and played already and also I have done everything I needed so I will be relaxed :)

In this moment that we still do not have kitchen at home I am sure she will eat regularly what she need, menu is showed every morning and also meat and veggies are given to kids first and after noodles if they want so that they do not risk to leave meat ont he dish. Also they will learn to eat veggies soups, they will use spoon and a little plastic mug to drink.
I am happy of all that, Momichan will meet new children and will be more organized and that is what she needs now :)

Walking In The Park

Today coming home after lunch we passed through a park. When I was a child I went to this park nearly everyday riding my bike, it was not like this, there were less trees and no grass, kids amused to go around inside this park with their bikes.
A couple of years ago before Momichan was born, this park has been reorganized, trees has benn planted and grass has been set, now is a wonderful big park all green with a little "forest" some bunnies and a large space to run :)

We love to go there to make pic nics and to play with ball or take sun in summer.

Titeuf (read about the charachter in english) is a 10 years old boy and the cartoon serie which has his name tells about him and his friends and about their way to see life and understand the adults way of thinking. Aboslutely funny :)

Among all cartoons showed on tv I guess this one is nice to show Momichan but as is programmed after midnight I have to record some episodes to show Momichan afterward in the afternoon :)

Tagà - wonder stroller :)

I was reading a kid magazine and all of a sudden I saw a publicity of a strange hybrid stroller/bike whose name is TAGA.

Taga is a wonderful alternative to bike trailer and child seat, you can use it as a bike to take your kid wherever you want and in case you want to enter a store you don't even need to secure it outside with a chain but with a simple movement you can transform it from bike to stroller and take it inside with your kid seated on it, make your shopping and when you get outside again get it transformed into bike again :) WOW

You can also buy a lot of accessories like the raincover stroller mode in case of rain or a windy day, the side bags to have juice, sun canopy, snacks or toys always at the ready, you can attach also a car seat adaptor if your baby is 3 or 5 months and when your kid is too big to use this hybrid you can just take the child seat away and put on the special shopping basket :)

You can choose between four different colours: red, orange, green and sky blue.

Is a netherland product and I saw it is sold everywhere in the north Europe and in the United States, here is not so well known but I found a store in my city.

It can be used until 6 years (35 kilos) I guess is a valid idea and as soon as the kid is too big you can easily change the stroller and put on the collapsable shopping basket. The stroller/bike has also a rucksac you can use to take your belongings and the child items (a change, nappies, a bottle, juices ...)

The price is a little high, around 1400 dollars but I guess it is all worth, someone of you ousite Italy got it ?
I guess is a nice dream to think at, if I could I would buy my baby Momoko everything possible, but I am not my daddy, he had possibility to offer my sister and me when we were small, many things I will never be able to give to my childe; one thing is buying a toy even if money is so short, another is thinking to spend 1400 dollars we do not have, in this moment we have other priorities but is nice to think anyway, in case we are able to realize everything we need can be cute to think at ^_^
